We had an excellent experience here today for lunch. The shift manager was polite, attentive and helpful, suggesting a better alternative to our original order that not only saved us money, but provided an extra (free) large one topping pizza. A member of our party is from New York City, knows their pizza and felt Pizza Hut held their own. It was also reasonably priced.
My nephew and his girlfriend had a baby shower here. Everything was excellent. The workers were so friendly and helpful. Great food as always. I highly recommend for anyone wanting to hold a get together.
The family and I had just finished a killer Friday eve at the water park right down the street. When we discovered that we were slightly behind schedule and needed dinner and had a 45 minute drive ahead of us. Hoping for a buffet I walked in, no buffet, but I was greeted by staff and I asked how far they could make a pizza. They said "10 minutes." So I asked for two, they then informed me that that was different from one pizza and we settled on 15 minutes. They got straight to work, crushed these pizzas, and we were on the road in less than 15 minutes. They had no reason to be so accommodating and yet they served us with ease and efficient speed. Excellent customer service.
We come here every time we are in Burlington. The pizza is amazing and service is usually fantastic. Until tonight,The server was extremely rude l. When we walked in and asked to be sat down she said pizzas take 15 min to make and we close at 10. She only checked on us few times. She was vacuuming the whole time we were there, which is fine we get. Tho she left the vacuum on as she was cleaning the booths. I'm always gonna come back here, however I hope I'm never served again by rudeness.
This is my family's favorite place to ORDER pizza from. I usually place the order via app and the food has been delivered on time or sooner 100% of the time and food is always done the way I ordered it. Pizza Hut hasn't always been my favorite, but as long as they keep this up I'll be a long time customer. Prices are extremely reasonable too!
